At Pusser's Rum, we strive for excellence in every bottle, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right. Please note that due to the nature of food and beverage products, we can only accept returns on items that are defective or damaged during transit.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Attach clear photographs of the damaged goods or the incorrect item received to help us process your claim quickly.
- 3.Await Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for the return shipment if applicable.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once your return is verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement bottle at no additional cost.
